Polarization is common in our culture and our communities.  With polarization come disconnection, frustration, and pain.  This workshop explores the dynamics of polarization, and how it evolves.  It also builds skills for navigating polarization.  This is a highly interactive workshop with multiple break out groups to practice skills.
