Accountability can be a challenging concept.  It is not unusual for communities to avoid accountability in an effort to be kind or loving, which creates another set of challenges.  At other times, people hold "accountability" conversations that are unclear, unhelpful and sometimes harsh and blaming.  This webinar explores the nature of accountability, and how to infuse accountability conversations with deep love and respect.  It also uses breakout groups to practice and hone skills
